    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank you and wish to move the Budget Committee Report on the Budget Estimates. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, on behalf of the Members of the Budget Committee, I wish to report that as is required under Article 221(5) of the Constitution and as per the ruling of the Speaker of 8th June, 2011 which gave clear direction on how the budget process would be conducted until the end of the life of this Parliament, I hereby present to the House the Committee’s Report of the 2012/2013 Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure laid on the Table by the Minister for Finance on 26th April, 2012."
