    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, may the Minister be guided by the new Geographical Positioning Revenue System (GPRS) which is an enhanced device that will guide in the collection of taxes so that by the end of this financial year, we do not have a situation of revision of estimates downwards. We hope he will be able to use that device including the revised Value Added Tax (VAT) so that we are able to fund as a country the targeted expenditure to the full. If we achieve this, Mr. Minister, I want to assure you, you will have achieved a task that not many before you would have achieved."
