    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, what we cannot afford in the fight against corruption by giving prosecutorial powers to this body. For good governance, we must separate those who investigate from those who prosecute and from those who convict and hang suspects, or set them free if there is no evidence. Since the former anti-corruption bodies have failed, all the directors have failed; the whole anti-corruption body has failed, let us vet everybody and start a fresh. That is the only way to move forward in addressing this menace called corruption."
