Mr. Ojode was actually the equivalent of Parliamentary Sacco and as you have been told, he was available whenever any hon. Member wanted a loan. Whenever he was broke, he would also go for a loan like any other hon. Member and he has made this society grow from zero to where it is. I remember after paying the bill, I thought I was paying the bill for all of us and when hon. Muthama came to pay his bill, he was shocked beyond repair and I was watched him laugh quietly. After that, hon. Muthama went and told hon. Ojode that there was something wrong here. Hon. Ojode stopped eating and came over to me and asked what was happening.
