"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, from my constituency as well and more specifically, people from my constituency who sent me text messages to convey their condolences, I think it would do them honor to name them here. They are Daudi Kanchoru who is a teacher from my constituency; Councillor Ware of Salah; Matan Roble Dakani, an Assistant Chief in Dukanotu area; Eria Subudibo, the Chairman, Tana River County Council and the DC, Tana North. Having said that, I would like to pay tribute to Prof. Saitoti for having helped midwife the peace that now prevails in Tana River District when he chaired a meeting in his office in the Office of the President and went beyond the political intrigues and assisted us to, at least, have lasting peace in Tana River today. I would also like to pay tribute to hon. Ojode for his humour that has been mentioned in this House. As a Back Bench, we feel there is a void in the Front Bench that I wish any of the Ministers or Assistant Ministers would be able to fill because we feel it deeply. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with all the exchange, discussion and debate that we would have on the Floor, sometimes acrimonious, we would walk out with hon. Ojode to the lounge and he would buy us tea and discuss the aftermath of the Questions and how he will solve issues of the constituency. He would not only leave it to the business of answering Questions here in the House, but would carry beyond and ensure that he satisfies hon. Members. He was able to satisfy their quests and the issues that they wanted solved. With that I want to pay tribute to all of them."
