    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to join my colleagues in sending my condolences and those of Wajir County to this two great leaders who are Members of this House, and also the police officers. I have two things that I want to share with my colleagues; Prof. Saitoti said there comes a time when the country is more important than an individual. This year there is an election and the country has become more important than an individual. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the second thing he wanted was one Kenya. I want to say it here and shame those who have been saying that I want northern Kenya to secede that I said, “ Mkenya daima”."
