Full investigations must be undertaken to find out why this chopper did not have a black box. This is because this might result in us not knowing what caused this accident. It is not the first time that we have lost Members of Parliament in an air crash. I think this is the fourth time. We must be told, in no uncertain terms why parliamentarians continue to lose their lives in air crashes. Something must be wrong and must be investigated. I thank you for giving me this chance."
