    "content": "If you look at the police roadblocks in this country, it is as if they were actually put in place, specifically for matatus and buses. They are erected 50 metres or one kilometre apart. You will find the police trying to check the same matatu that has just been checked by another team of police officers. If you go to the countryside, you will find police officers going to the nearest restaurant to book lunch without a single cent in the pocket because they know that by lunch time, they will be having something in their pocket to pay that lunch. That is the kind of a nation that we have."
