    "content": "Excellency wrote a Memorandum raising certain objections which this House should expedite discussions on, it is important that we do this quickly. I urge the Members to be present, so that we can pass this very important Motion. That notwithstanding, since we are speaking at a very sad moment, and as the Minister for Medical Services, I would also like to join hands with my colleagues who have extended deep condolences to the families of our colleagues and our friends who lost their lives through this very tragic accident. This accident, among other things, reminds us that as we carry on our duties as public servants, our lives are in the hands of God and any time he can call upon us to respond to his call. Therefore, neither the hour nor the day is known. So, we are called upon to be prepared all the time to meet with our creator. Therefore, I would just like to extend my very deep condolences to the families and to express solidarity with the leadership of this nation and this Parliament. As we say in my language a time like this, we mourn the departed, but we also cry the living. We cry the families, we cry this House, we cry the nation. Having said that, let me just say one very important thing about these Bills in front of us. As you know, one of the very important things proposed in the Constitution, which this House will have to make its mind about is the voting by the diaspora."
