    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, this Ministry is quite notorious in dealings that are not in the public interest. It is one Ministry that has the largest number of parastatals. You notice that this is known as the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). When the Assistant Minister was answering part “c” of the Question, he said that they have no intention of disbanding it. Could he tell us how this ERC was established? Could he also tell us if there was any public participation, or if the law relating to the creation of commissions was followed? How was it staffed?"
