    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, yes, I agree that the crude oil price decreased by US$5 between March and April, but I did also say that the crude which we imported during those periods only constituted 17.38 per cent of the actual product that we have in the country and 16.83 in the other month. So, what we do is that the price is normally weighted pricing. So, the price which arrives here is more like the price of the refined product which landed in Mombasa. So, the crude is insignificant. So, the reduction in the crude price did not have a great effect because it was actually diluted by the price of the refined oil which was imported, because of the inefficiencies in our refineries."
