The time now is a few minutes to midnight, and you can see the enormous interest on the Floor of the House. This is a demonstration that although we are in agreement that the war against corruption has technically been lost in this country over the years, the law makers of Kenya would like to have a system that can truly fight corruption and eliminate it."
