    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I have not admitted that the CEO is running down the organization. I will not be hasty in making such a statement on the Floor. The CEO, as I have said already, earns 20 per cent commission on sponsorships that he is able to negotiate. I think that is the way to go in public/private partnerships, including in sports, where the heads of institutions, for example the CEOs and the directors, are given motivation and incentives, so that the more they bring in from the corporate world, the more they earn. This is part of the performance contracting that the sports federations should be encouraged to undertake. Therefore, we are doing an institutional audit. It is not to focus on any particular individual, but rather it is to ensure that we overhaul organisations. I think this House should be happy that from the Floor of the House I am admitting that there is a problem in the management of cricket in this country and that the audit will change it."
