Kenya major stakeholders, and it clearly spells out the responsibilities of KFS and the KWS, among other stakeholders, in the management of the ecosystem. In addition to this, the KFS has a forest management plan for the Mt. Kenya Forest Reserve for the period 2009 to 2025."
