    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I insist that the Assistant Minister is not answering my question. He is going round and round. He has already said that it is worth Kshs35 billion. That is understating the fact that there is commercial interest; that certain forest officers want to make money out of it. Why can we not have a blanket ban? We do not want to hear the issue of commercial trees or anything. We said that not even a creeper should be cut in that place. Why can we not just gazette for a blanket ban?"
