    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I thank my colleague for recognizing that I can have some information to give. I want to inform my colleague that the reason behind the fight between the KFS and KWS is the money on the red projects. These projects, which we do not know about because it is a secret in the Ministry, is the money being given through the programme of climate change for protecting our forests. It is a lot of money in terms of billions of shillings. That money can be spent, not only to protect our forests, but even integrate the communities around the forest. That is the information I wanted to give to the hon. Member. That is the reason for the tag of war between KFS and KWS."
