I just want to categorically say that those rules that were supposed to define which area of the forest is going to be under the mandate for KFS and KWS were not regularized. You will realize that the former Forest Department was in a different Ministry. It kept moving from one Ministry to the other. The KWS was the same. Now, luckily enough, the two services are under the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife."
