    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to thank Dr. Nuh for bringing this Question. This has stirred the entire nation. It is a matter that we discussed at the Peace Conference in Mombasa, we have discussed as the CIOC and in a Kamkunji. But as Dr. Nuh has said, you cannot trust this Government with Kamkunjis. You know what I mean. Having said so, if you look at the publication dates, for example, the legislation on leadership, it is indicated that it will be published on or before 29th June, 2012. On the right to petition Parliament, it is indicated that the Bill will be published on or before 29th June, 2012. On the Assumption of Office of President, the Bill will be published on or before 22nd June, 2012. Today is 13th June. The publication period even for ordinary Bills is 14 days. Those are two weeks. Thirteen plus 14 days will be 27th. The Bills are not yet published. The Assistant Minister is a lawyer and cannot even count basic things like one, two, three to fourteen. Specifically, when will the Bills be published? They must be published tomorrow if he is serious with these timelines."
