I want to, at this point, give an early apology to the House for the absence of the Members of the Front Bench who were not here to respond. In the spirit that we are moving on, we want to provide as much information to the public, by responding to Questions raised by the hon. Members, as practicably and fast as possible. But at times, in this kind of confusion, it is not possible to have the Ministers here, and I would like to ask for the indulgence of the House. It is something that we are working on and hope to sort out, so that Ministers are here when they are required to respond. The absence of a Minister does not indicate that the Government is not serious."
