I tend to think the helmets are very key. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, on identification when it is required, every Public Service Vehicle (PSV) driver or a public transport driver should have uniform. On a number of occasions you will find a conductor at the steering wheel. A driver retires and leaves a conductor to drive the vehicle; a conductor who is not licensed to drive and does not have a driving license. These are the people who normally cause the accidents and if uniforms are introduced, we will know exactly who is driving. Is it the conductor or a genuine licensed driver? Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I tend to think that if these amendments are passed by this House and internalized by the people of this country, they are likely to bring some sanity on our roads. I support these amendments. Thank you."
