    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, maybe, the hon. Member did not hear me well. I have not disputed the fact that there was a case of electrocution which resulted in death. What I said was basically that, as a Ministry, and with the utilities that we have, the part of the danger that caused the death was a line that is being operated by the military. We have said that the issue of compensation will be passed over to the Ministry of State for Defence. It is within their operations. I have not said that we are not sharing the responsibility. But I have said that our team from KPLC visited the site and assessed the situation. We are going, together with the Ministry of State for Defence, to look into how that part of the compensation is going to be done."
