Given that the Pensions Department is another department of Government, could he also, as he gives that undertaking assure and undertake to this House that he will not come back here and say that the matter is now in another Ministry which is handling it and that, in fact, that money will be paid because we know what happens? They will come and say that they are now a department of Government in the Treasury and their hands are tied. Can he give that undertaking that that will not be the answer he will give here when the matter comes up?"
