    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree with you but Standing Order No.82 requires a hon. Member to give information to the House that is accurate and you have heard the Assistant Minister say that the reasons why there was delay was because this lady was overpaid and it is on the HANSARD. So, could he table that information when he comes next in July because there is nothing like that? There was no overpayment into this lady’s account. I have gone with her to Kiambu. So, really, the Assistant Minister gave information knowingly to this House that was not actually factually correct. I ask for evidence, in addition."
