    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister’s answer shows very clearly that it might take a long time before these three frustrated Kenyans get paid. The three have been out of service for the last four years. As indicated by the Assistant Minister, the reason for this is the defaulters. Looking at the efforts made by Mawasiliano Sacco, it is like they went to court, first, seeking that Telkom Kenya Limited does not pay the defaulters. Secondly, the Sacco sought that Telkom Kenya Limited pays the loans that were taken by the defaulters. What is the Ministry doing to ensure that Mawasiliano Sacco Limited actually reaches out to the defaulters to pay back the money, so that the legitimate shareholders of the Sacco can be paid? By when will these three Kenyans be paid?"
