Allow me to start by thanking the Members of the Departmental Committee on Health who have worked hand in hand with me together with the Clerks of Parliament and all the staff of Parliament who made this Bill go through the Committee of the Whole House. I want to thank the two Ministries of Health and all their staff who participated in making sure that this Bill goes through this stage. We want to look forward to whether Kenya will surely address itself with a law in place to address issues that affect the population with regard to cancer.
