Indeed, the Government has to address the question of all school dropouts, because it is becoming a problem to the country. However, with regard to part “c” of the Question, I would like the Minister to clarify something. When they set out to do recruitments countrywide, what serious affirmative action do they consider as a Ministry so that marginalized areas are not left behind because of performance as has been indicated clearly?"
