    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, these were allegations. Obviously, it was contrary to diplomatic etiquette for a diplomat to make these false allegations. However, after investigations, we found more evidence. As far as we are concerned, the allegations against our bases had no credibility whatsoever. We still stand by that. We have even continued to check day after day and ensure that all the procedures of entering and leaving the base are strictly followed. We, therefore, dismiss the allegations by any other person."
