    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Assistant Minister in order to withhold information to this House? An allegation from a friendly country like America by the American Ambassador is a very serious allegation. In the absence of any official communication tabled in this House by the Kenyan Government to the American Embassy, it is a clear indication that indeed these allegations could be true. So, is it for the Assistant Minister to tell us that he has answered the Question satisfactorily or is it for the Chair to decide that the Question has been answered to the satisfaction of this House? I still insist that in the absence of this letter which was written by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the American Embassy, there is nothing this House can really trust this Government on, because this Government is known on many occasions to mislead the citizens including this House. The Ministry is on record to have done that on many occasions."
