I requested the Chair to rule that I had answered the Question satisfactorily and I still request that because all the matters that were asked by hon. Mwau have been covered satisfactorily in my view and there is nothing else remaining. But if they want further information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security, then hon. Members are, of course, free to do so."
