    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, there was a “show cause” letter issued to Mr. Ambuni but he came to allege that the letter was addressed to an address he had stopped using a long time ago, and that he had not received it. That is one of the grounds for his appeal. The appeal he made did not contain sufficient details. That is why it was declined. Now that he is asking for a review of the disciplinary action taken against him, he has an opportunity to present a complete case, with all the necessary evidence."
