    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) The tarmacking of Olenguruone-Kibunja Road was awarded at a contract sum of Kshs742,290,000. So far, the contractor has been paid a total of Kshs285,483,000. (b) I am aware that some sections of the road have developed potholes. This is due to overloading mainly by tracks ferrying timber logs. I have instructed the implementing authority to ensure that the affected sections are repaired. My Ministry has also deployed a mobile weigh bridge in the area in order to check overloading by the tracks. (c) The expected date of completion for this road has been extended to September, 2012."
