Why is the Assistant Minister misleading this House, because this road is in Nakuru County yet it is being supervised by the Regional Roads Engineer from a neighbouring County Council? Is he in order to say that the engineer, who is supervising that road, is working when I know very well that he is not on the ground and he has never been there? Is he in order to mislead this House?"
