    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, two months ago, hon. Franklin Bett visited Bura, Garsen, and Galole constituencies. We visited the constituencies by road and the complaint was that there were heavy trucks which were destroying the road network in that area. The Minister ordered the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) to redeploy a weigh bridge immediately on the road but it has not been done to date, two months down the line. So, when hon. Kiuna asks whether the Assistant Minister is aware that works are going on, these are about supervision issues. They are real. Let him not evade the question and tell us he has the facts that the road is ongoing."
