It is a fact and that is the reason we elect any government. The moment the Government reneges on this, it has no business spending our taxes and lording over us. Could the Assistant Minister tell us what this Government is going to do to compensate these Kenyans and protect them, as a first duty, as opposed to having a first duty to animals?"
