Member to mislead the House by calling upon the Leader of Government Business to make an illegal declaration and order that all the houses and offices currently occupied by PCs should be handed over to the governors yet we have the Transition Authority in place, whose main job is exactly what the hon. Member has suggested. So far, we have no governors in this country, unless Dr. Khalwale wants to resign and become the Acting Governor of Kakamega County."
