    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, there has been confusion and even fears about the position of the County Commissioners who were posted recently, leading to the emergence of a controversy. With the establishment of the intergovernmental county forum, which will be chaired by the Governor by law, it is very clear that in as much as the County Commissioners will have some other duties, there will be only one head of Government co-ordinating issues in the county. The creation of the intergovernmental forum is the best way we could have solved the potential conflict that could have been there. So, I am very happy."
