    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the construction of these markets is something that the Ministry seems to be doing without any plan at all. Now, besides the fact that most of them are not on schedule, could the Assistant Minister inform the House what policy they have of relocating people who are in particular markets when they go to build a market? Normally the people are just relocated without any plan. They leave the local people to sort themselves out. This should be a part of their programme; you cannot relocate people to uninhabitable places."
