    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a)The criminal appeal cases pending before the Kenyan appellate courts are as per the attached list. However, the details of the parties and the dates of the filing of the criminal appeals before the High Court are not currently available due to the manual filing system of recording in the Judiciary. This challenge is being addressed through the reforms being undertaken in the Judiciary. (b) It is currently not possible to track the life cycle of a case in the Judiciary due to the manual system and processes in the Judiciary. (c)There are four judges of the High Court assigned to the Criminal Division which hears criminal appeals."
