If the Judiciary is really serious, and that they are undergoing reforms, they should be able to give timelines on what to expect. A lack of timelines shows that there are no reforms taking place. If there are reforms taking place, we should have timelines indicating when we should expect what reforms to have taken place. So, he should tell us what timelines he has for all the reforms."
