"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this Question was directed to the Ministry of Education last week. In answering it last week, the Minister for Education did indicate that these schools which are over 20 are registered by the Government. He said before they are registered, they are normally required to give some proof of ownership. Since these schools were registered long time ago, and now that they have allotment letters which were given many years ago, could they use the same allotment letters to apply for title deeds?"
