    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I can attest here that no public institution that is within gazetted forest has been closed down because of limitations of the law. I think we do understand that there have been various Acts of Parliament that this House has passed, for example, the Education Act. The Forest Act was also passed in this House. However, as we move along, we should be able to see where we have conflicts in the laws we have established so that we can harmonize them. After reviewing the law that established the gazetted forest, we have seen this is still gazetted forest that is managed by the Kenya Forest Service. The best we have done through the same service is to create an enabling way for these institutions to continue operating without closing down. Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir."
