    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. The Government appreciates the upgrading of the Konza–Mombasa Road junction to Katumani Road (D522). This is in view of the new Konza City development and the expanding Machakos Town. However, we have no funds in the current financial year but we will prioritize it in the next financial year, also bearing in mind that these new developments have come in the last one year.
