    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it depends on what capacity the hon. Member is travelling for that workshop. If he is a Committee Member and particularly, if they are Members of the Chair’s Panel or Committee Chairs, I believe that they enjoy the same level of treatment as Assistant Ministers. Therefore, it is not a surprise that despite the fact that the circular states that, there are those Members of Parliament who are also entitled to that particular provision. However, I have taken the concerns raised by the Member of Parliament and we will revisit the measures that we have so far put in place and see how we can further save something for the taxpayer."
