A year ago, I asked such a Question to the substantive Minister and he informed us that it takes a maximum of 34 days for a Kenyan to get an identity card. That is for the extreme end of northern Kenya and Turkana. So, I just wanted to inform the Assistant Minister that much so that he compares it with the two years."
