Mr. Koech, it is not the intent, purpose, object and the spirit of political parties. Political parties are supposed to be membership of a core, ideologically persuaded people. The rest of the society is supposed to subscribe in terms of voting. It is not that all Kenyans must belong to different political parties. No. All Kenyans must vote however they want to, but they do not have to be registered members of political parties."
