    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I think I would like to oppose this amendment and persuade hon. Members that we may have exceeded our mandate here. Section 108 reads as follows:- “All candidates and political parties participating in an election shall be allocated reasonable air time on state radio and television broadcasting services during the campaign period.” If we were to accept this amendment now, this would extend to all broadcasting media. I think it would be quite difficult for us to demand of commercial operators because they are in the business of selling. I, therefore, would persuade my learned colleague to withdraw---"
