    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I stand to support this amendment. I want to inform the House that we cushioned our colleagues twice yesterday. What we are trying to ignore is the fact that we also cushioned ourselves on the issue of party hopping when we said that it is not going to be applicable for this first election. It is, therefore, important that we know these facts. Maybe those who are saying that this is so selective were not here yesterday. Cushioning was done twice yesterday – the issues of party hopping and qualifications are not applicable at this time taking into consideration that this is a transition period. It is a window we are providing. I support the amendment."
