For us to be able to canvass this amendment that has been brought by hon. Kimunya, we need the assurance of the Chair that we will get back because the entire Article 22 was recommitted. That we will get back to Article 22(3). We need that guidance that Article 22(3) that was brought here by hon. Dr. Nuh will be recommitted."
