On the televisions and the print media, the people are saying that: “Thank you very much. You allowed councillors and MPs who do not have this education to have a second chance but we, the voters, do not want that.” So, as a House, since we have this opportunity, let us dispose of hon. Kimunya’s proposed amendment – something I support and then go and make a decision in view of what now the country is saying about education."
