Our understanding of what has been re-committed was the amendment by Dr. Nuh, and nothing else. Standing Order No.121 says as follows: “121(1) When a Bill has been re-committed to a Committee of the whole House, the Committee shall consider only the matters so re-committed and any matter directly consequential thereon.”"
